It’s dangerous to use a hand held mobile while driving thus it’s now illegal, so when drivers hear their phones ‘ring’ they have to pull up to answer them. Not only do they have to pull up, most try to pull up before the caller rings off thus we find them parked around blind bends and over the brows of hills.
